Where is your pasta made?

Right here in the USA! Nashville, Tennessee to be exact. We are proud that we have been manufacturing our pasta for over 30 years. This gives us control over the supply chain from recipe development and ingredient selection to packaging and shipping, ensuring we deliver the best quality products to our customers.

How long should I cook your pasta?

Please refer to the product packaging for specific timing. Each recipe varies. Note that our directions will achieve a more “al dente” texture (meaning firm to the bite, but not overcooked) but please feel free to cook to your pasta to taste. We recommend testing the pasta at least one minute before the end time and making adjustments as desired.

Is your pasta diabetic-friendly?

We have lots of happy reviews from customers who are pre-diabetic and diabetic, reporting good news regarding their blood sugar levels. But everyone is different, so please consult your doctor to determine if a particular food is right for you.
