My hubby loves pasta and wants it every night - but he needs to lose weight. I was so glad to find this and it tastes good! I use it in soups, salads, chilis, and with the "best sauce". Last night we had the low-cal penne with sauce (add a bit of red wine to bottom of bag to get every drop) and some all beef meatballs. Yummy!

My hubby is a pasta lover (me too) and he could eat it every night - but he's trying to lose weight. So GLAD to find this product. It holds up well with sauce, on salads, with pesto, in soups, etc. Pasta every night - yes! The sauce is incredible too - I add a bit of red wine to the bag at the end to make sure I get every last bit...this meal last night had a nice salad and lean beef meatballs.

I’m 100% Italian and love my pasta. I bought the low cal penne at my local grocery store hoping that it tasted like real pasta. I can’t do konjac slimy noodles, nor veggie pasta or palmini…the taste is not good to me. Pastability is pasta made with semolina and wheat flour and is the taste I’m used to. Plus it’s healthy! Half the calories and lots of fiber, it’s only 3 Weight Watchers points for me. It’s a winner!

I started buying the low-cal pasta for my son and me since he’s been asking for pasta with marinara almost every other night! How do you make Lower Cal Pasta so low in calories and net carbs?

100 calories per serving, and only 12g net carbs! Along with wheat flour, we use a modified wheat starch called RS4 Resistant Starch type 4, a prebiotic dietary fiber that helps drive down both calories and net carbs. Net carbs are total carbohydrates minus dietary fiber. Vital Wheat Gluten is also added to enhance the protein and taste and texture of this delicious pasta. Our Lower Cal Pasta is non-GMO certified.

Is your pasta keto friendly?
