Where is your pasta made?
Right here in the USA! Nashville, Tennessee to be exact. We are proud that we have been manufacturing our pasta for over 30 years. This gives us control over the supply chain from recipe development and ingredient selection to packaging and shipping, ensuring we deliver the best quality products to our customers.
What is the shelf life of your pasta?
24 months if stored in a cool, dry place. Pasta packages with seasonings are 18 months. Best if used by dates are printed on the pasta bags or on the bottom of the boxes. Note: all-natural pasta colors may fade over time.
How long should I cook your pasta?
Please refer to the product packaging for specific timing. Each recipe varies. Note that our directions will achieve a more “al dente” texture (meaning firm to the bite, but not overcooked) but please feel free to cook to your pasta to taste. We recommend testing the pasta at least one minute before the end time and making adjustments as desired.

When working on my Thanksgiving menu, I wanted to add some more color to the table and also another vegetable (more like vegetable-ish) side.
