This gives us control over the supply chain from recipe development and ingredient selection to packaging and shipping, ensuring we deliver the best quality products to our customers.

Yes! Each product line carries different certifications. We have products that are Certified Organic by the Global Organic Alliance (goa-online.org), and some that are non-GMO Certified by the non-GMO Project Verified (nongmoproject.org). Some products are vegan certified from Vege Cert (vegecert.com). Please see individual product detail pages for specific certifications.

All natural vegetable powders are used to make the color in the pasta. Please note that the colors may fade a bit when cooking due to the natural ingredients.

Our pasta is wheat based, so we do declare “wheat” in our pasta. Our seasoning mixes are produced and packaged by outside vendors and may contain milk or soy. Also, specifically, the organic cheese mix is made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, tree nuts, wheat, and soybeans.
